Download desktop

The squix.dev desktop app is not released yet. This page explains the planned platforms and how releases will be published.

Current status

The desktop app is still being built. There is no installer available for any platform today — nothing to download, and no signed builds exist yet. The public download page and the dashboard Downloads view both reflect this honestly.

Planned platforms

When releases ship, squix.dev intends to publish native builds for the platforms your team already uses. Every published build will come with a SHA-256 checksum and a signed release manifest.

  • macOS — planned universal build for Apple Silicon and Intel.
  • Windows — planned signed installer for current supported releases.
  • Linux — planned packaged build for common desktop distributions.

Staying up to date

Once released, the desktop client will check for updates on launch, and release notes will appear in the dashboard Downloads section so you can see what changed before you restart.
