This policy explains the production data lifecycle for squix.dev account, billing, usage, device, and support records.
Data we process
We process account identifiers, email, profile details, authentication metadata, billing/subscription records, credit and usage records, connected device metadata, support messages, and operational audit logs needed to secure the service.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to provide the service, secure accounts, operate billing, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet legal obligations. Usage and device activity are retained only as long as needed for account history, abuse prevention, and billing support; audit and billing records may be retained longer where legally required.
Your rights
You can request an export of your account data and request account deletion from the member API. Deletion requests revoke connected devices and are verified before destructive removal so billing, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention duties are handled safely.
